“ We were greeted by a lovely barmaid, who advised on where to sit etc...menu had a good choice..with a 2 for 20 offer which we went for..grilled chicken, chips, and peas with a salad garnish, onion rings and mushrooms. Food arrived fairly quick...and it was hot. Chicken was a little dry..but then again chicken breast can be dry if cooked without a sauce. Overall a pleasant experience in a beautiful pub garden by the river...we would recommend. ”

“ Me and my partner had finished a 20 mile hike, absolutely starving ! So lucky as we arrived 5 minutes away from last order. We decided to go with the chefs specials fajita. They were quick with order, and the meat dish was amazing, really well seasoned and the veg were cooked to perfection. However, I wasn’t too keen on the cold tortillas and the salad bits. A bit messy and didn’t feel like playing with my food, I needed to eat it lol! So I ate my portion of meat. you’d be better off as having some burrito bowls on your menu instead of fajitas. Easy to cook and prepare. Other than that, lovely atmosphere and great friendly staff! ”
